Gentle Pilates Rehab

20-30 minutes Pilates session focused on core, pelvic floor, and C-section recovery.

Natalie will pull a card from her favorite oracle deck to share a message for the group to reflect on and journal about.

We'll complete each week with a conversation and Q&A.

What would I need to bring to the session?

A mat, your journal and pen, your favorite morning beverage, and a smile! Oh! and don't forget your copy of WTF Happened to My Body!

Yes, if you need a modification or extra support, please let me know. 

Do i need to have Pilates experience?

Nope. Come ready to learn, we will start slow and build throughout the session each week.

Where can I get a copy of your book?

My book is currently available in paperback and kindle versions on all online book sellers.
