When my my mom passed in my mid-forties, I decided to do everything I could to ensure I was taking proper care of my mind and body.
I took some tests that showed me exactly what my hormones levels were, which micronutrients my body needed, my food sensitivities and more.
I wanted to get to the root cause of what causes diseases, brain fog, fatigue, and joint pain so that I could live optimally as I aged.
